The most effective crystal pairings combine one grounding stone with one directional stone (focus, calm, protection, or heart support).

Hold both stones together at heart level for 3 minutes.
If you feel calmer and clearer, it’s a good pairing. If you feel foggy, tense, or jittery, separate them.
In practice, about one in four combinations fails this test. That’s normal. Your body’s response matters more than theory—the pairing should feel supportive, not loud.
